With over 15 years of invaluable experience in the insurance and financial services sector, Casey has been recognized with accolades such as the Million Dollar Round Table Award, securing this honour for 6 years, along with numerous other prestigious awards like Top Insurance Advisor and President's Club. Currently, Casey focuses on empowering High Net Worth Clients, offering expertise in optimizing family insurance, financial portfolios, and insurance trusts.

In 2018, Casey earned the esteemed title of Master Trainer with AIA Malaysia, a testament to his profound experience, exceptional achievements, and expertise in the insurance domain. How did you come to join WAI Associates?
Growing up, I watched my father build a successful career as a first-generation insurance advisor with WAI Associates Group. I was always impressed by the financial freedom and flexibility that came with his job. However, as I climbed the corporate ladder, I found myself struggling to balance work and family life. With my children growing up quickly, I decided it was time for a change. That's when I took the leap and joined the team as a WAI Advisor in 2020. Looking back, it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only do I enjoy the flexibility to work on my own schedule, but I'm also able to prioritize my family while still achieving my career goals. And let's not forget the great income potential as well! I'm grateful for this opportunity to build a fulfilling career while living a balanced and meaningful life.

Having the freedom to choose what I want to do, and ultimately, financial freedom is something I truly enjoy. As a professional consultant in the financial planning industry, I don't sell products, but rather offer bespoke solutions that benefit my clients, my agency, and myself. It's a win-win-win situation for everyone involved. I'm convinced that this industry is the perfect fit for me because I genuinely enjoy working with clients and helping them plan for their financial needs. My goal is to continue doing so for the rest of my professional career while growing alongside my valued clients. How did you come to join WAI Associates?
As a fresh graduate, I saw my brother working in audit at a prestigious firm in a corporate career with lots of overtime (OT). I decided that I didn't want that lifestyle - I wanted freedom and flexibility of time and a career with personal growth in business. I have been a client of Wai Associates for many years, and I had a positive experience with the team over the years. When the opportunity came to be part of it, I took the leap of faith and joined them as an advisor.

Freedom and flexibility are something that I really treasure, and I enjoy managing money and making money. Being in the financial services business with WAI Advisory allows me to do these two things!
I'm also a loyal Liverpool supporter, and in my free time, I do research on investment opportunities and enjoy playing DotA with friends and competitive sports such as basketball, and frisbee.
At the same time, I am also a member of the Rotaract Club of Kelana Jaya which focuses on professional development and community service.

How did you come to join WAI Associates?
I wanted better work-life integration after 20 years of climbing the corporate ladder, and was ready for different experiences and challenges. My brother invited me to join WAI Associates. I’m an optimist who would like my time on this earth to add value to other people. When life throws us lemons, we make lemonade. This business enables me to positively impact people. I help them to figure out and work towards their real priorities, and prepare for unexpected crisis that may derail their dreams or crush their efforts. Not everyone has this privilege of bringing hope to people who have survived a major illness or accident, or have lost a loved one.
